Important Information about your stay
- Children Policy: We welcome children of any age. Baby cots are provided upon request.
- Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the price.
- Airport transfer: Airport transfer is not included in the price. We can help you organise transfer with external partners.
Payment Method
- After completing the reservation form, you will be prompted to complete your payment via credit card, powered by Stripe. A payment link will be sent to your email from info@e-stay.eu
- The dates remain blocked for 30 minutes to complete the payment.
- After completion of the payment you will receive an email confirming your reservation
- For reservations within 21 days of the arrival date, the full amount must be paid upon booking.
- For reservations made more than 21 days in advance, a prepayment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 21 Days of Arrival: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Beyond 21 Days of Arrival: A prepayment of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 21 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation the prepayment is refunded
