This Reservation Policy explains the terms and conditions for booking Studio Centro, a luxury apartment in Pylos, Μεσσηνία, Ελλάδα.

By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking confirmation

We confirm a reservation once we receive your booking request and verify availability. We also require payment confirmation, either a deposit or full payment.

After we confirm your booking, we send you a confirmation email with all stay details. This ensures your reservation is secured.

2. Rates and pricing

We display all prices in euros (€) and include taxes unless we clearly state otherwise.

However, rates may change depending on:

season
length of stay

In addition, we may update pricing at any time. However, we always keep the confirmed booking price unchanged.

3. Payment terms

To secure your reservation, you either pay a deposit or complete full payment in advance.

We clearly show accepted payment methods during booking.

Furthermore, we process all payments through secure third-party providers. As a result, we do not store any credit card details.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellation rules depend on the rate you select during booking.

In general:

You can cancel free of charge if you cancel early enough
However, late cancellations may result in partial or full charges
In addition, no-shows always result in full charges

We clearly display the exact cancellation terms before you confirm your booking. Therefore, you always know the conditions in advance.

5. Changes to reservations

We allow changes to your reservation when availability permits.

For example, you may request:

longer or shorter stays
changes in guest numbers

However, we must approve all changes. In some cases, we also adjust pricing depending on availability.

6. Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 15:00, while check-out ends at 11:00.

We may offer early check-in or late check-out. However, this depends on availability and prior agreement.

7. Guest responsibilities

We expect guests to respect the property and follow house rules.

Therefore, guests must:

take care of the apartment
avoid damage or disturbance
respect other guests and neighbors

If damage occurs, we may charge additional costs.

8. Force majeure

We cannot control certain unexpected events. For example:

natural disasters
government restrictions
public health emergencies

In such cases, we may need to cancel or change reservations without liability.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for:

lost or stolen personal items
injuries inside or outside the property
third-party services not operated by Studio Centro

Nevertheless, we always aim to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
